What You’ll Do

As a Senior Family Law Attorney, you will:

• Represent clients throughout Texas, with a primary focus on Dallas, Collin, and Rockwall counties and backup focus on Denton, Tarrant, and Parker counties.
• Handle cases from start to finish, including strategizing, drafting pleadings, managing discovery, communicating with opposing counsels/clients/courts, preparing for court, attending hearings and trials, and other lawyerly things.
• Advocate in the courtroom with confidence and achieve successful outcomes for clients.
• Work with empathy and attention to detail, balancing client care with strong boundaries.
• Contribute to a collaborative team and be part of something bigger than just a job.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone exceptional who embodies the following qualities:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years practicing family law, including litigation and courtroom success. Board certification is a plus.
• Skillset: A skilled draftsman with excellent writing abilities and sharp deductive reasoning. Values efficiency and effectiveness.
• Personality: Empathetic, brave, and emotionally intelligent. Reliable, organized, and resolution focused.
• Professionalism: A critical thinker, self-starter, and excellent communicator. Confident, yet approachable.
• Ambition: You strive for excellence, care about clients, and want to thrive in a supportive environment.
• Collaborative: Ability to work with our team and a predominantly female client base. Ability to navigate complex property matters with confidence. Ability to effectively manage high conflict situations.
